Summer is looking like to be a never ending endevour...and this is coming from someone who lives in a rather pleasantly-weathered city than the rest of the country. I mean all year round it's just pleasant, no extremes...just good - mood-uplifting climate...

.....but no..no noo....I guess that is changing too....the only silver lining.These shorts!! I mean how cute are they!!

A pair of shades that has been growing on me, everytime I wear it :)

Have been giving masksheets a try lately, and boy oh boy am I happy to..full review coming up too! 

Summertime {Blue}

Lately I have been hooked to the bell sleeves...I mean they are so much fun to move around in! (anybody? no? just me!...)

This dress is just too dreamy, when I bought it, I was skeptical (online shopping to be blamed)...then I tried it on, and the sheer sleeves, the fabric and the beeeaaaauuutiful crochet side panels....eeeeppp

The crochet is more prominent in the above pics! It's very light and such a breathable fabric 

PS - since the crochet panel is see-through, I sometimes wear my bikini tops under it too :)

Quaint and Oh so beautiful!! - Hotel De L'Orient

I recently made a trip to Pondicherry with my cousins! It was just the peaceful escape needed! 

We stayed at this lovely place called the Hotel De L'Orient, which is a resorted 18th century mansion. 

Love the french doors and the shutter windows ( so gorgeous)

The decor is very quaint and there are antique paintings in most hallways. 

The rooms are just as rustic and royal as it can get. The poster beds, the wall to wall windows, the very antique ceilings and ofcourse the rest of the antique furniture. 

The hotel has the most friendly staff, attending to one's every needs. The gentleman helped us find all the cafes and hotels around the city. 

It was such a pleasant thing to have breakfast every morning in that setting. 

Also I loved how every room is named after former French possessions: Masulipatam, Surate, Calicut, Gingy, Balassore, Cassimbazar.  I stayed in "Surate"

It was a very relaxing experience and I would love to go back again sometime very soon :)

When you are trying on outfits, and the moment when one of those looks seem to come toegether so well...same case here!!
